ATTENDANCE POLICY

To ensure we are doing our very best to serve our Orange County families throughout the summer, we request that our registered Boys & Girls Clubs Summer Zone members attend the program at least 3 days per week. The minimum 3-day weekly attendance will serve as a condition for registered Club members to maintain their spot in the summer program.

The goal of our Boys & Girls Clubs Summer Zone Attendance Policy is to provide open access to Orange County families that can be served when registered summer spots are note being utilized under our free program.

As an exception, families can still maintain their registered summer spots during one-week vacation when advance notice is provided to the Boys & Girls Club Site Coordinator. Exceptions will also be made for illness related quarantines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our members and staff when communication is provided to the Site Coordinator.

LATE FEE

A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed if your child is picked up after hours of operation.

REGISTRATION

Online registration begins on April 16th. Click on the appropriate link below for step-by-step instructions on how to register online. If you have questions or need support, please contact your Site Coordinator or email mramos@bgccf.org.

If your child’s school is being hosted by another location, it is important that you still register them into the Summer Zone location for the school they attend. Example: Piedmont Lakes will be hosted at Ocoee Middle. Piedmont Lakes students need to register into the Piedmont Lakes Summer Zone program enrollment.
